"3 different orders of furniture - worked perfectly each time"
I have now ordered furniture from Westelm (Tottenham Court Road Shop-London) on 3 different occasions in the past 6 months and have had a great experience each time. Johan was very helpful and guided me through everything I needed to know,. The furniture arrived as scheduled and looks great in my new apartment. The delivery company was helpful and made sure the big boxes made it safely. It is a shame to read so many bad reviews - I can honestly tell you that the products look great and the quality matches the price tag. I have other items from BoConcept in my flat meaning I only order things that fit with my quality expectations - and those are high.
