I ordered a console table i was a little nervous about whether it would actually fit the small wall space I had in mind. You know that moment where you’re like, please don’t make me return this? But the measurements on West Elm were spot on. It slid right into the space just like I hoped, with no awkward guessing or measuring drama. Definitely appreciated that.

My chair was on backorder when I ordered it, but West Elm made that obvious from the start, which I appreciated. They showed the expected dates clearly and sent email updates along the way, so I wasn’t stuck wondering what was going on. It ended up arriving around when they said it would. with furniture deliveries I always expect some chaos, kind of like how my mail sometimes shows up at 8 p.m. for no reason, but this was straightforward.

From what I remembered, the color was close and the finish matched well. It did seem just a little warmer in person, but overall it worked for what I needed.

My west elm order showed up packed super solid. Nothing had scratches or dents, and the corners were protected really well. Only thing is it took me a decent bit to deal with all the cardboard and foam after. Not a big problem, just kinda messy and annoying. But overall, I’m happy everything got here safe.

I was shopping for a coffee table and some bedding, i was pleasantly surprised that the colors and sizes I wanted were actually available. I’m kind of picky about home stuff and usually only like the calmer, neutral shades, so I expected half of it to be sold out like usual.
The checkout page made the stock situation clear, and the delivery dates seemed reasonable. One item said it was low stock, but the order still went through without any drama. Overall it was easy, and I’d definitely shop there again

I ordered a side table from West Elm, but once it was in my room, the color wasn’t quite what I expected. Starting the return online was easy, and I got the shipping label right away. The only downside was that the refund took a bit longer than I thought it would, about a week and a half after they received it back. I did reach out to customer service and they got back to me, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience, just not the fastest.

Everything was labeled, the holes actually lined up, and I only needed the small tool they included. I put it together by myself in about 35 minutes with no real frustration.
